ONLINE TICKETS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 - Introduction
The New Forest Tour is operated by Go South Coast Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Go-Ahead Group PLC.
Our aim is to provide all our passengers with a safe, reliable and pleasant journey. Details of our routes and timetables, available as a free booklet, can be viewed on our website (www.morebus.co.uk). We aim to run all our buses (including school buses and those journeys operated by coaches) to their advertised routes, times, frequencies and fares. Sometimes this is not possible, for operational reasons. We therefore reserve the right, should it be necessary, to alter, either temporary or permanently, the route, times, frequency or fares without prior notice.
We will not be liable in any event should you not be able to complete your journey with us, nor will we be liable for any additional costs or losses you may suffer or inconvenience you may experience. Buses have periods of high capacity, during busy times, and we cannot guarantee that any space, including a seat or wheelchair space is available on every journey.
Please note that all of our open top bus routes have been carefully checked to ensure trees and other overhanging vegetation is cut back. However vegetation can still make contact with our vehicles particularly after periods of rainfall. Please remain seated whilst the bus is in motion and watch out for any low hanging vegetation.

The products and prices detailed within this site are for a selected ticket range only. Your enquiry provides us with only limited information about your ticket purchase and therefore no guarantee can be given that the tickets sold on this site are the most suitable for your purposes.
3 - Tickets/ Ticket Validity
We have selected a variety of tickets from our complete range for you to choose from. Some tickets are available all year round. Special tickets are provided for some events and will be advertised on specific pages of the website. They will also be available from the online shop and will be removed when the event has passed or allocation is full.
4 - Ticket Dispatch
Ticket(s) purchased for the tour need to be downloaded as a pdf file from a secure link you will be sent via email once payment has been successfully made. Email confirmation of this purchase will be received within 2 hours of purchase. When your tickets arrive please ensure that all details are correct and print it out so that you can hand it to the driver when you board the bus. We make every effort to ensure your purchase is handled effectively and efficiently. However should your tickets be incorrect, in any way please email us at email@example.com
5 - Security of your Payment

Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management and may be subject to a 10% administration fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
